The little details matter.

Before our photo/video team arrives, please gather all items you would like photographed in one place. This may include your rings, invitations, shoes, jewelry, perfume/cologne, vow books, accessories, bouquet, and other sentimental details.

Having everything ready allows us to begin photographing your details immediately and keeps your wedding-day timeline running smoothly.

Please have all detail items ready upon our arrival.

Wedding Day Questions We Get All the Time

  • We typically arrive 30 minutes –1hr before your contracted start time to unload equipment, scout the location, and be ready before the first scheduled event.

  • Don't panic—we'll guide you through it. We work with your planner or coordinator to adjust the timeline while making sure we capture the most important moments.

  • Have all rings, invitations, perfume, shoes, jewelry, cufflinks, vow books, bouquets, and any sentimental items together in one location before we arrive. This saves valuable time and ensures nothing gets overlooked.

  • Natural light, clean rooms, and staying present make the biggest difference. Trust us, enjoy your day, and let genuine moments happen—we'll take care of the rest.

  • You'll receive sneak peeks when included in your package, and your final gallery will be delivered according to your contract. We'll keep you updated throughout the editing process.

  • Absolutely! We encourage inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, and family shot lists. Sharing these before your wedding helps us understand exactly what's important to you.
